Eligibility
There are three components to a teacher’s eligibility: citizenship, education, and personality.
Citizenship
To teach online you need to hold valid citizenship from America, Australia, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, if you are from outside of one of these countries you are not eligible for the online teaching program.
Education
To qualify for this online teaching opportunity, you are required to have a Bachelor’s degree from an English-speaking academy. Many of our teachers will also have Master’s degrees, which is a great bonus. You do not need to have a specialty in education or a TEFL certificate, though having your TEFL certification is a huge asset.

Job Details
You will be teaching students ranging in age from preschool to middle school. You will be provided with a curriculum and teaching methodology with the ability to add your own flare to help students engage. You will get to know your students in a one-on-one teaching environment and will be able to provide personalized support to each student.

In order to apply and interview with our AT team, you will need to complete your application including submitting a copy of your resume.
Submit an Intro Video
Once our team reviews your completed application, we will invite you to submit an intro video. This is our opportunity to get to know you and your desire to teach online.
Submit Additional Documents
To move forward with this opportunity, you will need to submit a copy of your diploma and demonstrate you have a clean criminal record.
Complete Online Training
Once these documents are submitted, our team will walk you through the process of completing online training modules that prepare you to teach online.
Mock Teaching
After completing the training, you will be given the opportunity to conduct a Mock Teaching session as if you were teaching a student. This gives us an opportunity to see you teach and gives you an opportunity to practice going through the curriculum.
Sign a Contract
We will offer you a contract and guide you through the process of getting up and teaching online!
